Sale flash

A new payment lights up the notch. Sound optional.

Every 60 seconds Revenotch asks your providers for recent payments. A payment it has not seen before shows its amount in the bar, in dot-matrix digits with a soft glow, for 2.5 seconds, and can play a system sound you pick. Old payments never flash: the app remembers the last one it saw.

Today

Sales as they happen, newest first.

Today's sales lists every successful payment since midnight, newest first, with the customer email or product name, the time and the provider it came from. Hover a row in the app for its menu: open it in the provider dashboard, copy the amount or the email, hide it, or mark it as a test.

MRR at a glance

30-day change appears after 25 days.

MRR is summed from your active and past-due subscriptions, normalised to a month, and shown in the display currency you choose. Providers do not report historical MRR, so Revenotch records one sample a day; the 30-day change appears once 25 days of history exist.

Insights

Revenue and sales by day, week or any date.

The Insights tab draws the last seven days as bars and sums the day you pick: today, yesterday, this week, the last seven days, or any date from a calendar. Switch between revenue and number of sales; the best day is called out beside the chart.

Milestones

Set an MRR goal. Watch it fill.

Pick a target MRR and a start date. The Milestone card shows how far along you are and what is left, in your display currency, and follows the currency if you change it later.

Privacy mode

Screen sharing? Hide it all.

One switch turns every amount into •••: the bar, every card, the chart axis. Flip it from the eye button on the MRR card or from Settings before you share your screen.

Multi-currency

ECB rates, refreshed daily.

Show everything in one currency, whatever your customers paid in. Rates come from api.frankfurter.dev, which publishes the European Central Bank's reference rates, and are cached for 24 hours. A currency without a rate stays as it is and the Sources card says so.

Sources

Every provider, its share, one status light.

The Sources card lists each connected provider with its share of the last 30 days' revenue. A green light means the last refresh worked; a red one names the error. Pro lets you connect more than one source.

Add a source in a minute

Paste a key. Revenotch tests it and keeps it in your Keychain.

Open app takes you to Sources. Paste a key and Revenotch recognises the provider from its prefix, tests it against the API and stores it in the Keychain only when it works. The required permissions are listed in the sheet, and a button opens the provider's key page.

Sandbox and test mode

Stripe test mode, Dodo and Polar sandbox, Paddle sandbox keys.

Test keys work everywhere: Stripe rk_test_ keys, Paddle pdl_sdbx_ keys, Lemon Squeezy test-mode keys, and a test-mode switch for Dodo Payments and Polar, whose sandboxes live on separate hosts. Any sale can be marked as a test from its menu.

Any display

No notch? A small bar under the menu bar.

On a Mac without a notch, or on an external display, Revenotch shows a small bar just under the menu bar instead. Pick the display in Settings; the panel opens the same way.

Launch at login

Set it once.

Turn on Launch at login in Settings and Revenotch is in the notch every time you sit down. It is a standard macOS login item you can also manage in System Settings.
